  • We offer free shipping on orders over 799.00 within the contiguous India.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping
  • Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our shipping reach in the future.

Processing & Delivery Times in India
  • Prepaid Orders: Shipped within 2 business days.

  • COD Orders: Requires extra care—dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Major Cities: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Villages: Allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery.

Delivery Hours
  • When: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (we take a break on holidays too!).

  • Who: A signature is required for your precious delivery. If you’re unavailable, have a trusted friend, family member, or neighbor sign for it.

  • COD Orders:

No Returns for Used Products:

Once opened, we cannot accept returns.

Damaged on Arrival:

Please notify us within 24 hours with a video of the unboxing. We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Returns & Exchanges
10-Day Return Policy
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility Criteria
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
  • If you need to exchange a product for a different variant or item of equal value, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
